About Us
Teri Witt has always enjoyed planning weddings and other events for family and friends. She partnered with the previous owner of Wishes and Dreams, Angella Day, in 2010. She became the sole owner on January 1, 2011 bringing Wishes and Dreams to Dubuque, IA. Teri has an eye for detail and an ability to deal with high-pressure situations in a calm manner.
