For each special event such as an anniversary party, a birthday party, or a family reunion we will create a package that fits your needs and budget.
The Platinum Wedding Package is designed to take away the stress of the planning process providing you the opportunity to enjoy the moments leading up to and the day of your event. With the Platinum Wedding Package, we are with you from the start of the planning process to the end of your event. The Platinum Wedding Package includes:
A consultant meets with you to discuss your budget, gives you tips, assists with selecting your ceremony and reception venues, assists with selecting all your vendors, and assists in any other way needed. Your consultant confirms details with all vendors one to two weeks prior to the event. An itinerary of your day is given to all participating. You will have two consultants available the day of your rehearsal for up to four hours. In addition, your consultants will attend the rehearsal to walk through the following day and answer any questions**. You will also have two consultants available the day of the event for up to 12 hours*.
The Gold Wedding Package is designed to assist you with day-of event coordinating. For those who wish to plan the majority of your event and still want a stress-free day. The Gold Package includes:
Your consultant confirms details with all vendors one to two weeks prior to the event. An itinerary of your day is given to all participating. You will have one consultant available the day of your rehearsal for up to two hours. In addition, your consultant will attend the rehearsal to walk through the following day and answer any questions**. You will also have two consultants available the day of the event for up to 10 hours*.
The Silver Wedding Package is an a la carte option where you select which services you desire. A consultant will meet as needed to help in planning your event. We want to meet your unique needs.
All packages are custom designed to meet your needs and budget. Additional hours may be added to all packages.
*Consultant will leave approximately one hour after dinner is served.
